LiberaForms is free and open-source software that makes it easy to create and manage forms and surveys.

With LiberaForms you can browse, edit and download the answers to your forms, include a checkbox to require data protection consent, collaborate with other users by sharing permissions, enable end-to-end encryption, send confirmation emails, and much more!

The server is run by the Planetary Research Cooperative, a non-profit organization that supports the dissemination of scientific research in the field of planetary science.
